We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of this Privacy Policy. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Site, and you waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change or modification.

Facebook Permissions. The Site and our mobile application may by default access your Facebook basic account information, including your name, email, gender, birthday, current city, and profile picture URL, as well as other information that you choose to make public. We may also request access to other permissions related to your account, such as friends, checkins, and likes, and you may choose to grant or deny us access to each individual permission. Data From Social Networks. User information from social networking sites, such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and other social media networking sites, including your name, your social network username, location, gender, birth date, email address, profile picture, and public data for contacts, if you connect your account to such social networks. If you are using our mobile application, this information may also include the contact information of anyone you invite to use and/or join our mobile application.

Mobile Device Data. Device information, such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer, and information about the location of your device, if you access the Site from a mobile device.

Third-Party Data. We also collect information from service providers, affiliates, business partners, ad networks, analytics providers, social platforms, data brokers, and public sources.

RETENTION

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. In general, account and purchase records are kept for the life of the account plus up to seven (7) years for tax, audit, and legal obligations; marketing contact information is kept until you opt out or after three (3) years of inactivity; analytics and website event logs are kept for up to thirty-six (36) months; and precise location information is kept ephemerally or no longer than twenty-four (24) months, tied to the feature for which it was collected. When immediate deletion is not feasible (for example, information stored in backups), we isolate and protect the information until deletion.

SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. POLICY FOR CHILDREN

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We also do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know are under 16 without opt-in consent. Parents or guardians may request deletion by contacting hello@enjoybigcountry.com. In addition, because we market alcoholic beverages, the Site is intended only for individuals of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction (21 years of age in the United States). By using the Site, you represent that you are of legal drinking age. We may implement age-verification measures (e.g., date-of-birth entry or third-party age checks) and may deny access or cancel transactions if verification fails. We do not knowingly collect information from—or target marketing to—individuals under the legal drinking age. If we learn that someone under the legal drinking age or under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it and take steps to prevent further collection.
