We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other sites, services or applications that may be linked to or from the Site or our mobile application.
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. In general, account and purchase records are kept for the life of the account plus up to seven (7) years for tax, audit, and legal obligations; marketing contact information is kept until you opt out or after three (3) years of inactivity; analytics and website event logs are kept for up to thirty-six (36) months; and precise location information is kept ephemerally or no longer than twenty-four (24) months, tied to the feature for which it was collected. When immediate deletion is not feasible (for example, information stored in backups), we isolate and protect the information until deletion.
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. However, despite reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You transmit information at your own risk and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and devices. If you believe your account or interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately at hello@enjoybigcountry.com. Where required by law, we will notify you of a breach of security involving your personal information.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We also do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know are under 16 without opt-in consent. Parents or guardians may request deletion by contacting hello@enjoybigcountry.com. In addition, because we market alcoholic beverages, the Site is intended only for individuals of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction (21 years of age in the United States). By using the Site, you represent that you are of legal drinking age. We may implement age-verification measures (e.g., date-of-birth entry or third-party age checks) and may deny access or cancel transactions if verification fails. We do not knowingly collect information from—or target marketing to—individuals under the legal drinking age. If we learn that someone under the legal drinking age or under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it and take steps to prevent further collection. Any age-verification data we collect will be limited to what is necessary for verification and retained only for as long as needed to meet legal or compliance requirements.
Do-Not-Track. Many browsers and some mobile OSs offer a “Do-Not-Track” (DNT) setting. Because no uniform industry standard governs how to recognize or respond to DNT signals, the Site may continue to collect, use, and share information about your interactions for analytics, security, personalization, and advertising purposes even when a DNT signal is present. You can manage certain tracking through your browser or device controls and through industry opt-out tools (e.g., the Network Advertising Initiative and the Digital Advertising Alliance). If a binding standard for DNT is later adopted that we are required to follow, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe our then-current practices. We do not respond to DNT signals, but we do recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other legally recognized universal opt-out mechanisms as valid requests to opt out of sale/share/targeted advertising where required by law.
Account Information. You may at any time review or change the information in your account or terminate your account by: (i) Logging into your account settings and updating your account; or (ii) Contacting us by emailing hello@enjoybigcountry.com. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.
Emails and Communications. If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from us, you may opt-out by: (i) Noting your preferences at the time you register your account with the Site; (ii) Logging into your account settings and updating your preferences; (iii) Contacting us by emailing hello@enjoybigcountry.com. If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from third parties, you are responsible for contacting the third party directly.

If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us by emailing hello@enjoybigcountry.com.
If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the Site [or our mobile application], you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Site or our mobile application. To request removal of such data, please contact us by emailing hello@enjoybigcountry.com, and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We collected this information from you and your devices; through cookies, pixels, and SDKs; from our service providers and affiliates; from advertising and analytics partners; from social platforms; from data brokers; and from public sources. We used it to provide and secure the Site; fulfill transactions; personalize content and offers; conduct analytics and measurement; perform targeted advertising; prevent fraud; debug and improve the Site; conduct research and development; and comply with legal obligations. We disclosed personal information to service providers/contractors, advertising and analytics partners, affiliates, social platforms, and legal/transactional recipients. We do not use Sensitive Personal Information to infer characteristics where prohibited and, where applicable, honor requests to limit such use. We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy—generally: account and purchase records for the life of the account plus up to seven (7) years; marketing contact information until you opt out or after three (3) years of inactivity; analytics and event logs for up to thirty-six (36) months; and precise location data ephemerally or no longer than twenty-four (24) months, tied to the feature for which it was collected. Where immediate deletion isn’t feasible (for example, data stored in backups), we isolate and protect the information until deletion.
